Malaria disease: 
Malaria disease is a communicable disease cured by protozoa parasite genus plasmodium
(1.Plasmodium malaria 2. Plasmodium falciperum) transmitted to man by female anopheles mosquito generally malaria is characterized by the fever with rigor feeling of burning hot & proffers sweating.

Sings and symptom  of malaria disease :
A. Periodic episodes of fever with chill rigor & headache this fever is characterized mainly by 3 stages

1. Cold stage- symptom:
*Chill with rigor     *Temperature rise up to 104 F.
*Rapid pulse          *Skin cold & pale.

               2. Hot stage-symptom:
               *Patient feels burning hot and thirst.
               *Skin hot and dry

              3. Sweating stage- symptom
             *Profuse sweating. *Temperature becomes normal.
             *Patient feels better and fall ship.

B. VisiCalc around the mouth:

             Also the symptom are characterized by –
               *Temperature.      *Anemic             *Jaundice
               *Hepatomegaly    *Splenomegaly   *VisiCalc around the mouth

Principle of malaria treatment:
  1. Generally treatment
  2. *Bed rest    *Adequate diet and fluid   *Cold sponging
