Pharmacist: A pharmacist is a person, who is preparing compounding and dispensing of drugs for suitable administration.
Filtration: This is a method of removing insoluble impurities present in a liquid with the help of funnel and filter paper.

Sublimation: Sublimation is the process of converting a solid substance directly into its vapor and condensing the vapor back into the solid the stage having the same composition. The products of sublimation is called sublimate.

Dispensing: It is the art of supplying the medical preparation in an appropriate container with proper label and direction for use.

Sedimentation: It is the method of allowing insoluble solid particles mixed with liquid to settle down at the bottom of the liquid is called sedimentation.

Recantation: It is the process of pouring of the clear superabundant liquid after setting the insoluble heaving solid particles at the bottom of the reservoir is called delectation.

Evaporation: In the process of converting liquid into its vapor, either by exposure to air the ordinary temperature or by application of heat at the higher temperature.

Distillation : Distillation is the process of separating the constituent from a liquid by converting a liquid either application of heat or by reduction of pressure or by both, first the liquid into vapor and then condensing the vapor into same liquid which trickle down in an another vessel ( reservoir)
Ex: Distilled water

Scaling: By this process scale like preparation are made by drying the concentrated solution of drugs on a glass vessel.
Maceration: Maceration is a chemical process of keeping courtly power solid a substance liquid solvent in a vessel for 2-4 days at the room temperature, which is stirring frequently, the solution, is separated after that period.
Ex: Tincture

Mixture: Mixture is liquid preparation containing two or more drugs (ingredients) dissolved in water or defused in thick fluid intended by molds.
Ex: Mixed Alba, Mixed potassium bromide.
Tincture: These are alcoholic solution of active principal, of vegetables drugs (products), prepared by maceration, percolation and by solution.
Ex: T.Belladonna.

Syrup: These are strong solution of sugar containing various active drugs sugar acting as sweetening agent. Flavorings agent and preservatives also may be added.
Ex: B complex syrup.

Elixir: These are sweet aromatic liquid preparation, liquid preparation, containing the active drugs with aromatic sweetening agent and alcohol.
Ex: Elixir antiwar, Normal saline
