A hospital pharmacist should have the good quality that his profession would be accepted to the patient & society people. He should have the following quality, which should bright his future prospects.
1. He must be honest.
2. He should be sincere to his works.
3. He should be dutiful.
4. He should perform his work as per rules.
5. He always follows the medicine act.
6. He always careful to prepare, compound & dispense of medicine.
7. He also behaves to the patient & society peoples.
8. He should not dispense the medicine without prescription from physician.
9. He should not dispense any misbrand medicine.
10. He should not disclose patient’s information to anybody.
11. A pharmacist should well behave to physician & other health personnel.
12. He should not take percentage (share) of the physician fees.
13. He should not take any fees (money) in duty period in the hospital area.
So the above quality that required of a hospital pharmacist.
